is a therapist and serves as the Administrative Director of IFS. He brings over 17 years of experience in treating children and adults. Mr. Manley-Rook received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor of Social Work degree and a Master of Social Work degree from East Carolina University.
Natasha C. Holley

is a therapist and serves as the Clinical Director at IFS. She brings several years of experience treating children and adults. Mrs. Holley received a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Elizabeth City State University and a Master of Social Work degree from East Carolina University.
Nancy Boyd
P-LCSW
received her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Florida State University and her Master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration on children and families from East Carolina University. Mrs. Boyd has over 10 years of experience in working with children, families, and adults in the social service field.
Shelia G. Bunch
MSW, Ph.D, LCSW
contributes over 20 years of working with families and children. Dr. Bunch has practiced in a variety of settings with a strong emphasis on women and children’s health, domestic violence, and sexual assault. Dr. Bunch obtained her Master of Social Work degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Doctorate in Sociology from North Carolina State University.
Jenine D. Fox
MSW, P-LCSW
brings several years of human services experience with Child and Family and Developmentally Delayed populations. She has practiced in a variety of settings including working with children in out of home placements, providing individual and group therapy and Community Support Services. Ms. Fox received both her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from East Carolina University.
Kimberlee Johnson
MSW, P-LCSW
contributes several years of experience in crisis counseling and mental health. Ms. Johnson’s approach to psychotherapy is founded on relational and psychodynamic theories. Her research has focused on self-esteem and ADHD in adults. Ms. Johnson earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology from Duke University and her Master of Social Work degree from East Carolina University.
Mona Lesane-Townes

has quite a few years of experience providing mental health services to children and their families. Mrs. Townes has practiced in a range of settings with a strong emphasis on working with abused and/or neglected children, domestic violence and childhood sexual abuse. Mrs. Townes holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Social Work degree from East Carolina University.
Keshawn McCleod
MSW, LCSW
is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who brings a wealth of knowledge in the provision of mental health services to N.C. She has actively served children, adolescents, families, couples and adults for over 10 years, in a variety of clinical and academic settings. Ms. McCleod’s areas of specialty are persistent mental illnesses, substance abuse, and childhood disorders. She also focuses on high risk adult populations such as HIV clients and criminal offenders. Ms. McCleod obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Elizabeth City State University and a Master of Social Work Degree from Howard University.
Robin Moore

brings her passion for service to IFS. She has been working with children, adolescents and adults, providing them with quality, empathetic and professional care in Eastern North Carolina since she completed her Master of Social Work degree at East Carolina University. Her ongoing interests lie in Community Healthcare, Grassroots Organizing and Health Disparities, as well as, Individual, Family and Group Therapy.
Brian T. Smith
M.D.
has provided over 12 years of mental health services to adults and children. Dr. Smith graduated from East Carolina University School of Medicine in 1995 and completed his residency in psychiatry at Pitt County Memorial in 2000. Dr. Smith has had experience working in private practice, community hospitals, N.C. Department of Corrections, and the Veterans Administration.
