Anthony J. Manley Rook

Anthony Manley-Rook serves as the Administrative Director of IFS. He brings over 20 years of experience in treating children and adults. Mr. Manley-Rook received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor of Social Work degree and a Master of Social Work degree from East Carolina University. Mr. Manley-Rook is a certified sex offender treatment specialist and a mental health/substance abuse trainer for local stakeholders in the community.

Natasha C. Holley

Natasha Holley is a licensed clinical social worker and addictions specialist who serves as the Clinical Director within our organization. She has over 12 years of experience in treating children and adults. Mrs. Holley received a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Elizabeth City State University and a Master of Social Work degree from East Carolina University. Mrs. Holley is a certified sex offender treatment specialist and a forensic evaluator. Mrs. Holley is a mental health/substance abuse trainer for local stakeholders in the community and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the National Association of Addiction Professionals, and the National Association of Forensic Counselors. Mrs. Holley was the recipient of the 40 under 40 award for East Carolina University in 2017 and the 40 under 40 award for Elizabeth City State University in 2018.

Dr. Kim A. Reynolds

Dr. Reynolds is a native of Eastern North Carolina and has practiced Adult, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in the Eastern North Carolina area for over 10 years. She completed medical school at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University in 1998. She completed an internship in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in 1999. Her general psychiatry residency was completed in 2001 also at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. Dr. Reynolds completed her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in 2003. Dr. Reynolds is currently a selected provider in the ECBH and Eastpointe cachement areas.

Dr. Rick Ellis

Dr Rick Ellis Dr. Ellis was born and raised in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina and has 16 years of experience working with adult psychiatric and substance abuse consumers. Dr. Ellis received his Bachelor of Science from East Carolina University.  He also completed medical school at East Carolina University School of Medicine in 1995. He completed his residency in 2000.

Dr. Rita-Kay Mabine Davis

Dr. Rita-Kay Mabine Davis is originally from Ahoskie, North Carolina. She has practiced Adult, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in the Eastern North Carolina area for over 10 years. She completed medical school at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University in 1998. She completed general psychiatry residency in 2001 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. Dr. Davis completed her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in 2003. 

Mona Townes

MSW, LCSW, LCAS, MAC
Mona Townes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Addictions Specialist. For the past 10 years, she has served as the Mobile Crisis Director at Integrated Family Services, PLLC (IFS) where she oversees the provision of mobile crisis management services in 29 counties in Eastern NC. Mona is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and currently serves on the Board of Directors for NASW-NC.  She represents IFS in the National Association of Crisis Organization Directors (NACOD) and the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF). She also serves on the Pitt County Child Fatality Review Team as a Prevention Specialist. She is certified by the National Council on Behavioral Health as a facilitator for Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA). In 2015, she was recognized as a Rising Star Alumni through the School of Social Work program at East Carolina University (ECU). Most recently, she was a 2017 40 Under 40 Leadership Award Recipient through ECU Division of Student Affairs. Mona received her Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees from ECU.

Roxanne Banks O’Kelley

Roxanne Banks O’Kelley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is currently working on becoming a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate. She received her Bachelors of Social Work from East Carolina University in 2008 and went on to receive her Masters of Social Work from East Carolina University in 2011. Roxanne currently serves as the Assistant Clinical Director.

Jessica Barrow

Jessica Barrow is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the Alpha Delta Mu National Social Work Honor Society. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Family and Community Services from East Carolina University and went on to obtain her Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. She currently serves as the Call Center Director.

Kenyada Maye

Kenyada Maye is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addition Specialist Associate  who holds the position of Foster Care Director. Kenyada has experience working with children and adolescents with mental health and substance abuse diagnoses. Kenyada has received her Bachelor’s of Social Work Degree in 2011 and her Masters of Social Work Degree in 2013 from East Carolina University.

Sarah Wheeler

Sarah Wheeler is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, who serves as a therapist and an Intensive In-Home Director and Interim Director of Day Treatment Services in Greenville. She has experience working with children and adolescents with mental health and substance abuse diagnoses in an in-home and residential setting. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Rehabilitation Studies with a minor in Alcohol and Drug Studies in 2010 and a Master’s of Social Work degree in 2014 from East Carolina University.

Jan F. Culpepper

Jan F. Culpepper is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who currently serves as  a school based therapist in Currituck County. She has experience providing mental health counseling to children, adolescents, and adults.  Jan graduated with her Bachelor’s in Science Degree in Psychology in 2001 for Old Dominion University and received her Master’s of Arts in Professional counseling and her Certification in Trauma Studies from Liberty University in 2013.

Tracy Hyde

Tracy is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate who serves as the Southern Region Mobile Crisis Director which services our 8 southern region counties. She obtained her Bachelors of Social work degree in 2014 from East Carolina University where she also obtained her Masters of Social Work degree in May, 2016. Tracy has experience in working with individuals of all ages with mental health, substance abuse and developmental disability concerns, specifically those experiencing crises.

Wendy E. West

Wendy is a graduate from Elizabeth City State University where she graduated in 2004 with her Bachelor of Social Work. Wendy served as the President of the Social Work Club and assisted in facilitating the annual Social Work Reunion/Banquet in 2004 by acting as Master of Ceremonies.  Wendy graduated with summa Cum Laude honors. Wendy went on to graduate in 2007 from Norfolk State University in 2007 with her Master in Social Work where she majored in Death and Dying and also Geriatric Studies. She became fully licensed in July of 2011 but has worked in mental health and social work since beginning her internships in 2004. She is currently a Licensed Addiction Specialist Associate and has plans to become fully licensed by the end of this year. Wendy currently practices as a Generalist Practitioner and sees both children and adults. Wendy currently works out of Elizabeth City office.

Melissa Davis

Melissa J. Davis is a Licensed Professional Counselor who serves as the Day Treatment Therapist within Pitt County Schools.  She has 11 years’ experience working with children, adolescents and families within the mental health and substance abuse field in Pitt County.  Melissa received her Master’s in Counseling from Seton Hall University and continued to receive her Substance Abuse Certification from Pitt County Community College and Play Therapy Certification from Capella University.  Melissa is a graduate through the North Carolina Child Treatment Program (NC CTP) in Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress (SPARCS).  She has a passion for helping others around her and tries to offer a supportive hand.

Matt Cox

Matt Cox serves as a school-based therapist in Pitt County. Matt is a licensed professional counselor, and licensed clinical addictions specialist associate. Matt is a Greenville native and earned his Master’s of Public Health and Master’s of Science in Substance Abuse and Clinical Counseling from East Carolina University. He currently serves five schools in Pitt County in addition to providing outpatient therapy.

Shontel Spruil

Shontel Spruill is a licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate.  She received her Bachelors of Social Work degree from Elizabeth City State University in 2005.  Shontel obtained her Master’s of Social Work in 2017 from Edinboro University in Edinboro, Pennsylvania.  She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults with Mental Health and Substance Abuse concerns.  She serves as an Outpatient therapist in the Open Access Clinic in Greenville NC.  Shontel also serves as an Qualified Professional for Day Treatment Services with Integrated Family Services.

Amanda Bright-Somers

Amanda Bright-Somers is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA). Amanda serves as a clinician in the Open Access Clinic. She is also working towards her Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate (LCASA).  Amanda received her Bachelors of Social Work degree from Appalachian State University and her Masters of Social Work degree from East Carolina University.  Her areas of interest include but are not limited to substance abuse, grief/loss, and severe/persistent mental illness.  Amanda is also an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Brianna Knox

Brianna Knox is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate who holds the position of Intensive In-Home Team Lead. Brianna has experience working with children and adults with a variety of concerns, including with mental health diagnoses, substance abuse, and acute crisis situations. Brianna received her Bachelor of Psychology Degree in 2016 and her Master of Social Work Degree in 2018 from East Carolina University.

Jessica Bates

She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Social Work at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and then went on to obtain her Master’s degree from East Carolina University. She has experience in outpatient therapy with both children and adults with various Mental Health concerns. Jessica is now a School Based Therapist for Carteret County Schools.
