Anthony Manley-Rook serves as the Administrative Director of IFS. He brings over 20 years of experience in treating children and adults. Mr. Manley-Rook received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor of Social Work degree and a Master of Social Work degree from East Carolina University. Mr. Manley-Rook is a certified sex offender treatment specialist and a mental health/substance abuse trainer for local stakeholders in the community.

Natasha Holley is a licensed clinical social worker and addictions specialist who serves as the Clinical Director within our organization. She has over 12 years of experience in treating children and adults. Mrs. Holley received a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Elizabeth City State University and a Master of Social Work degree from East Carolina University. Mrs. Holley is a certified sex offender treatment specialist and a forensic evaluator. Mrs. Holley is a mental health/substance abuse trainer for local stakeholders in the community and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the National Association of Addiction Professionals, and the National Association of Forensic Counselors. Mrs. Holley was the recipient of the 40 under 40 award for East Carolina University in 2017 and the 40 under 40 award for Elizabeth City State University in 2018.

Roxanne Banks O’Kelley

Roxanne Banks O’Kelley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is currently working on becoming a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate. She received her Bachelors of Social Work from East Carolina University in 2008 and went on to receive her Masters of Social Work from East Carolina University in 2011. Roxanne currently serves as the Assistant Clinical Director.

Jessica Barrow is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the Alpha Delta Mu National Social Work Honor Society. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Family and Community Services from East Carolina University and went on to obtain her Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. She currently serves as the Call Center Director.

Kenyada has experience working with children and adolescents with mental health and substance abuse diagnoses. Kenyada has received her Bachelor’s of Social Work Degree in 2011 and her Masters of Social Work Degree in 2013 from East Carolina University.
Sarah Taylor

Sarah Taylor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, who serves as a therapist and an Intensive In-Home Director and Director of Day Treatment Services in Greenville. She has experience working with children and adolescents with mental health and substance abuse diagnoses in an in-home and residential setting. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Rehabilitation Studies with a minor in Alcohol and Drug Studies in 2010 and a Master’s of Social Work degree in 2014 from East Carolina University.
Tracy Hyde

Tracy is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate who serves as the Assistant Mobile Crisis Management Director-Southern Region which services our 9 southern region counties. She obtained her Bachelors of Social work degree in 2014 from East Carolina University where she also obtained her Masters of Social Work degree in May, 2016. Tracy has experience in working with individuals of all ages with mental health, substance abuse and developmental disability concerns, specifically those experiencing crises.

Shontel Spruill is a licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. She received her Bachelors of Social Work degree from Elizabeth City State University in 2005. Shontel obtained her Master’s of Social Work in 2017 from Edinboro University in Edinboro, Pennsylvania. She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults with Mental Health and Substance Abuse concerns. She serves as an Outpatient therapist in the Open Access Clinic in Greenville NC. Shontel also serves as an Qualified Professional for Day Treatment Services .

Donna received her Masters in Social Work, and Graduate Certificate in Substance Abuse Counseling, from East Carolina University in 2018. She received her Bachelors in Social Work, and Minor in Psychology, from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2016. She began her education at Lenoir Community College, obtaining Human Service and Mental Health Degrees in 2012. She is from Kinston, NC and now resides in Trenton, NC. She is currently serving as a School Based Therapist in Craven County.

Lydia Hasch is a licensed clinical social worker who serves as a School-Based Therapist in Columbus County. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from East Tennessee State University and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and is accredited in Triple P Level 4 Standard.

Daryl Holloway is a licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. He received his Bachelor of Social Work Degree from Shaw University in 2015. Daryl obtain his Master of Social Work Degree from North Carolina Central University in 2019. He’s currently a member of the NASW, and National Social Work Honor. He enjoys working with diverse populations, mentoring the youth, serving individuals and families in need of mental health or substance related issues. Daryl takes pride in becoming an effective social work in our profession. Daryl currently serves as Day Treatment Therapist and member of Greenville Intensive In Home Team.
Cindy Thomas

Cindy Thomas is an associate level Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an associate level Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. She is also certified as a Clinical Military Counselor. Cindy received her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Campbell University, and her Masters Degree in Social Work from East Carolina University. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, as well as the Association of Addiction Professionals. Cindy currently serves as a Mobile Crisis Responder and an Outpatient Therapist in Onslow County.

Christina Danielle Dixon is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Christina graduated and received her BS in Criminal Justice from North Carolina Central University in 1999 and went on to graduate and receive her MA in Counselor Education (Agency Counseling ) from North Carolina Central University in 2003. Christina has over 16yrs of experience in helping people of diverse backgrounds to include adults, adolescents, and children improve their mental health. She believes strongly in meeting individuals where they are in order to help them achieve their desired goals.
She currently serves as a contract outpatient therapist in Greenville Office.

Karen Kaminski Esala serves as a school-based therapist in Craven County. Karen has a passion for working with children, adolescents and families. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English-Secondary Education from Point Park University, Pittsburgh, PA and later a Masters in Counselor Education from McDaniel College, Westminster, MD. Seeking professional advancement, Karen attended Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD where she earned a post-graduate certification in Clinical Community Counseling. While serving as a school counselor for the Department of Defense Education Activity and working closely with military families, Karen decided to pursue a Masters in Social Work from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington, NC. Her desire is to continue growing as a professional committed to serving others in the field of social work.

Danielle T. Smith is a graduate of both Elizabeth City State University and Walden University. She holds a B.S and M.S in Social Work. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate through the North Carolina Social Worker Certification and Licensure Board.
Danielle utilizes a person-centered, humanistic and mindfulness approach when working closely with her clients. She believes it’s important to first build a therapeutic relationship focusing on communication, honesty, and trust.
