Integrated Family Services accepts a number of insurance plans. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to confirm that Integrated Family Services participates, as well as the benefits and expected out-of-pocket expenses. Please be prepared to present your insurance card upon check-in, and Integrated Family Services will confirm participation. Integrated Family Services accept the following insurance plans. BILLING
As a courtesy to the individuals we serve, Integrated Family Services, PLLC files and accepts payment directly from the consumer’s insurance company. However, the consumer is ultimately responsible for payment of his/her fees. If the consumer’s company does not remit payment, the amount is then due by the consumer. We emphasize the importance of the consumer following up on delayed payments with his/her insurance.
